Frigus Mist is a gentle companion for when the heat flashes over you, to gently refresh, ground, cool, calm, banish negative energy, and help you regain your focus and balance so you can communicate clearly. It can be used on the face/neck/body, as a foot spray, room spray, pillow/linen mist, or as an aid in meditation or magical workings, and can be stored in the fridge for an extra chill if desired.
While "hot flashes" are often associated with "the change" of menopause, they can also be experienced during pms, labour, postpartum, and in perimenopause, as well as in response to our environment, or when our "hot" emotions such as anger and fear are running high (anytime you feel like steam is coming out your ears; all your blood has rushed to your face etc.)
Made with peppermint, rosemary, lavender, and clary sage (5%) hydrosols, you'll find each bottle sealed with knot magic and a piece of blue lace agate for its energetic support in calming and cooling you.
